Terms and Conditions for Course Registration and Course Fee Payment.
Important notice:
1.0 Definitions
1.1 You: A person who registers for the course to be conducted at SECATTC.
1.2 Trainee: A person who attend the course at SECATTC.
1.3 Course: Training and Test schedule for 1st SEC (K), Multi-Skill (2nd SEC (K), Core trade (Tradesman or Trade Foreman) conducted at the SECATTC.
1.4 Course duration: The training and test schedule stated in the confirmation email.
1.5 Course Fees: Refer to Training & Test fee, payable to Singapore Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd
1.6 SECATTC: Singapore Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd Approved Training & Test Centre.
1.7 Working Days: Monday to Friday (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).
2.0 Booking, Confirmation and Payment
2.1 After booking a place, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received
your booking.
2.2 Payment must be received and the cheque has to be cleared 12 working days before the test date (deadline) in order for us to email the confirmation letter (stating the training periods and test date) and reserve a place for you.
2.3 All SPATTC courses are subject to 7% GST.
2.4 Mode of payment: Cheque or cash payment.
2.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that the course fees are paid by the deadline notified. SECATTC reserves the right to refuse admission to any trainee whose course fee has been paid and cleared before the course starts.
3.0 Withdrawal/Cancellation
3.1 To withdraw /cancel, please inform SECATTC in writing by email to: training@singaporepiling.com.sg
3.2 SECATTC reserves the right to cancel the course if payment has not been received and cleared before the start date of the training.

5.0 Postponement
6.0 Refund 6.1 If the refund is approved by SECATTC, it will be made through cheque payment (Processing time: 3months from the date of approval)
7.0 Accuracy of trainee’s information 7.1 It is your responsibility to provide us with clear photocopy documents, accurate and up-to-date information of the trainee(s). 7.2 If any information or documents that you have given to us are unclear/missing or incorrect, it may result in the following which you are aware and have agreed to bear the consequences:

8.0 Visual and/or audio recordings
8.1 SECATTC may take visual and/or audio recordings of trainees during the course and reserve the right to use these for promotional, management or educative purposes. Trainee’s consent for this will be assumed to have been granted unless otherwise indicated by trainee, in writing or by email, prior to the start of the Course.
9.0 Acceptable behaviour
9.1 In the interests of all course trainees, SECATTC reserves the right to enforce the removal of any trainee from the course whose behaviour or demeanour is, in their view, considered unacceptable and inappropriate. Any illegal duelling, physical or verbal threats to other trainees, staffs or physical property will result in immediate removal from the course with no refund.
10.0 Variations to the Terms and Conditions
10.1 SECATTC reserves the right to revise, vary and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 SECATTC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result of the replacement, withdrawal/cancellation, and postponement of course.
11.2 SECATTC will not be responsible for any claims arising out of the non-performance
of the trainee.
11.3 SECATTC is not liable for any personal injury and belongings of the trainee during training and test for whatsoever reasons.
11.4 SECATTC is not liable for any damages, losses, cost or expenses incurred by you or trainee for whatever reasons.
11.5 SECATTC may use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this Site. We make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, timeless or completeness. The information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors and other errors or inaccuracies; it will be corrected as soon as practicable.

12.0 Indemnity
12.1 By using this Site, you agree to idemnify and hold SECATTC and its associated/afflicated businessess (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affliates and joint ventures) (each an “idemnifed Person”) harmless from any claim or demand, action, suit or proceeding brought or threatened to be brought against any Idemnified Person which is caused by or arising out of:
(i) your access and/or use of the Site.
(ii) your and any other party’s access to this Site using your username and/or password, and/or
(iii) your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, and to pay such Idemnified Person damages, costs and interest in connection with such claim, demand, action, suit or proceeding.
13.0 Required documents for CoreTrade/Multi-Skill/CET course registration.
13.1 For online submission registration, you are required to upload the following documents. If you are not able to upload the documents, you must email them to us immediately to: training@singaporepiling.com.sg.
(i) NRIC copy (Singaporean or PR) or Valid Work Pass copy
(ii) For Multi Skill (2nd SEC (K) must submit 1st SEC or SEC (K) certificate) copy
(iii) For Core trade or CET must submit valid BCA Acknowledgement Letter copy
(iv) For Work pass holders must submit valid Passport copy
14.0 BCA One Stop Registration & WTU Funding Application Core Trade / Multi-Skill course.
14.1 For WTU funding application apply through BCA One stop system (https://www.bca.gov.sg/AMS_PUBLIC/) to select candidate name, SECATTC, Y/N for apply WTU funding. If apply Y for WTU funding, do Declaration accordingly.
14.2 Important: To submit the & WTU Funding Application Core Trade / Multi-Skill course should at least 11 working day before Test date. Otherwise, it will be considered as late submission – subject to BCA’s approval.
